PROGRESS REPORT
Following our recent Directors visit
to Kalkan I can report a development update:
- Building work is ahead of schedule with the show-house
now estimated for completion in early July.
- All villas will now have heated swimming pools.
- Please note plots 1, 3 & 5 all have garages.
- Please note plots 1, 3 & 5 do not have roof
terraces - this change is to ensure the privacy for the plots behind.
- Travatine marble is now to be used throught the
ground floor and not just on terracing and pool areas.
- You can now look on our website under 'photo
gallery' to look at the sea-views for each villa.
And finally Savills International have
been appointed as sole agents for Carson International's Turquoise Villas
development. These are the first properties to be offered for sale by
Savills in Turkey and serves as an indication of the quality of the
construction and desireabilty of the location. Please note that the
building cycle in Kalkan only lasts six months of the year from November
to the middle of May in order to preserve peace and quiet during the
summer months.
